Ryan is responsible for overall operations, finance, people, quality, safety and risk management. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle.

He loves travelling to new and exciting places, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, seeing a comedy or music gig, snowboarding and is working towards attaining his pilot’s licence.
Dave joined CBM with 5 years of experience working in the construction industry. Along with hands-on experience as a labourer and operator, he brings with him professional experience in retail management and customer service.
Dave loves all things sport and enjoys playing golf, cricket and competitive soccer. However, with a young family of six most of his time now revolves around family life.
Working for CBM has been extremely refreshing. Being part of such a professional and friendly team makes coming to work a joy. The passion and energy as well as the hands on approach from management with the implementation of CBMs vision are proving to be very rewarding.
Nicole has been with CBM for almost six years and has a wealth of experience dealing with both Clients and Contractors. She loves the way CBM ‘gets it done’. When not at work, Nicole enjoys swimming, reading and spending time with her family.
Jennifer thrives on the interaction between CBM, client and contractor on each job and feels a real sense of achievement on resolving complex issues. She does not give up until a solution has been reached. Others have remarked that Jennifer’s positive, sunny disposition is very well suited to her role with CBM. Jennifer is very creative and loves photography. Growing up in Liverpool, Jennifer was a lead singer in a band (the CBM Team confirm she has a fantastic voice). Jennifer also enjoys travel and bushwalking with her family and dogs.
Olivia provides admin support across all departments. She is continually learning and keen to help in any area she can. She enjoys working at CBM because everyone is great at sharing their knowledge, communicating and supporting each other.
Olivia’s interests out of work are running, CrossFit, fashion, photography, socialising with friends and her two dogs.
Angus is a young business professional who recently completed his Bachelor of Business degree.
He is genuine, pro-active and ambitious. Angus is a reliable member of the CBM team who has succeeded in his various roles over the last 3 years. In his spare time he enjoys Sports, adventures and the beach.
Carl and his team at CRL Financial Services have been supporting CBM FG with bookkeeping and business services support for over two years. Carl is passionate about automation and systems integration and loves being part of the evolution of systems at CBM that help deliver fantastic service, efficiently.
Carl holds a Masters in Business Administration and qualifications in accounting, financial planning & mortgage broking. He's a registered BAS Agent and a member of numerous professional associations.
As strange as it, Carl loves numbers, especially the satisfaction of creating order out of chaos, and a seriously complex Excel spreadsheet.
He loves his family, regional Australia and all it has to offer, and he has an unfulfilled life-long ambition to drive triple road-trains in northern Australia.
Judy started with CBM over 10 years ago as a Client Service Officer and part of the after hours team. Judy has witnessed CBM’s growth during this time and participated in implementing new programs, processes and safety documents. Judy enjoys the variety of work. Outside of work Judy enjoys being active, going for walks, relaxing at the beach, socialising and spending time with family and friends.
